2023 American Silver Eagle $1 Cac Ms70 First Delivery

There's a new third-party grading service in town, and it's a name that's been respected and highly valued in numismatics for years. Famous for certifying already graded coins by NGC or PCGS with their small green oblong sticker, this is a Company that now grades raw coins and holders them themselves. They are known for being the authority in second step grading, only stickering those coins that display true beauty and as a back-up in confirming that the coin you submit hypothetically with a MS65 on it, is truly a MS65... If it makes the cut! But not all coins submitted make the cut. It's only the best of the best!
